▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing biomimetic enzyme with phosphate group embedded in heteroatom-doped graphene layer, comprises dispersing heteroatom-doped graphene, which increases the spacing between graphene layers in a sulfate solution, and adding phosphate, continuously adding alkali to adjust the pH of the solution to neutral, and stirring and reacting to embed the phosphate group into the heteroatom-doped graphene layer, washing with water and absolute ethanol, and drying. USE - The biomimetic enzyme is useful as a printing paste for preparing electrochemical biomimetic sensors and wearable devices (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor has fast response, high sensitivity, low detection limit and good selectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) biomimetic enzyme obtained by the method as mentioned above; (2) an electrochemical sensor based on the biomimetic enzyme, where the surface of the working electrode of the electrochemical sensor is coated with the biomimetic enzyme; and (3) use of biomimetic enzyme electrochemical sensor in detecting the content of superoxide anion free radicals in living cells or blood.
