NOVELTY - An electrode material comprises a composite of microparticles, and a carbon material having a graphene layered structure. The specific surface area of the composite measured by methylene blue adsorption is 1100 m2/g or more. USE - Electrode material is used for capacitor (claimed) e.g. electrical double-layer capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The electrode material can effectively increase the electrostatic capacitance of the capacitor.
