NOVELTY - Manufacture of special fluid containing graphene and carbon nanotubes, involves chemically modifying a graphene material and a carbon nanotube material such that when dispersed, the functional group of modified carbon nanotube material is contrary to the functional group of modified graphene material, pre-dispersing a surfactant in a substrate using a stirrer to obtain a liquid mixture, continuously dispersing the modified graphene material and modified carbon nanotube material in the liquid mixture using the stirrer, and vibrating the obtained liquid mixture using an ultrasonic vibrator. USE - Manufacture of special fluid containing graphene and carbon nanotubes for heat management in space.
