NOVELTY - Polyethylene modified high-strength composite alloy material comprises 120-150 pts. wt. modified polyethylene masterbatch, 60-70 pts. wt. polycaprylyl suberate, 20-25 pts. wt. polymaleimide, 5-10 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene sorbitan, 2-3 pts. wt. antioxidant 1076 (octadecyl-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate), 2-3 pts. wt. compatibilizer and 1-2 pts. wt. organic toner. USE - The composite alloy material is useful for ecological soil consolidation. ADVANTAGE - The composite alloy material has high Shore A hardness, high maximum compressive strength, high tensile elongation, and high elongation at break while maintaining a higher tensile strength to meet the requirements of processing techniques such as injection molding, extrusion, and wire drawing, has high elongation at break while maintaining high tensile strength, meeting the requirements of injection molding, extrusion, wire drawing and other processing technologies, and excellent material and long service life in the preparation of eco-bag.
