USE - Method for preparing graphene/nanocellulose composite fiber used in high-performance fiber, supercapacitor, antistatic fabric and biosensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite fiber has 33-100 mu m diameter, 0.6-1.2 tex linear density, 180-440 MPa tensile strength, 4-10% elongation at break and 340-800 siemens/m conductivity. The method is simple, has strong operability and can realize industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/nanocellulose composite fiber comprises taking natural graphite and performing Hummer's method to obtain graphene oxide; taking 20 pts. wt. cellulose fiber and 1000-1500 pts. wt. water, stirring, adding 1-4 pts. wt. sodium bromide, 30-100 pts. wt. sodium hypochlorite and 0.2-0.8 pt. wt. tetramethylpiperidine catalyst, adding inorganic alkaline solution, adjusting pH value to 10-10.5, adding inorganic acid solution, adjusting pH to 1.8-2.2, reacting for 0.5-1 hour, centrifuging, collecting residue, washing and adding dispersing medium to obtain nanocellulose; mixing graphene oxide and nanocellulose, adding dispersing medium, stirring for 3-5 hours and ultrasonically dispersing for 10-30 minutes to obtain mixed solution with 2-5% graphene oxide and 0.2-2.5% nanocellulose; and injecting at 0.5-2 ml/minute through 0.3-0.5 mm capillary inside diameter into coagulation bath, solidifying for 0.5-5 minutes with stretching ratio of 1.2-1.5, sequentially washing and drying, adding reducing agent, reacting at 20-100 degrees C for 8-12 hours, washing with water, washing with alcohol and drying.
