NOVELTY - Preparation of reclaimed rubber/nitrile rubber composite adhesive, involves adding poly(ethylene glycol), graphene oxide and molybdenum disulfide to water, dispersing, freeze-drying to obtain powder, mixing obtained powder with anhydride, catalyst and dimethyl sulfoxide, placing in an oil bath, reacting, separating, washing obtained product with acetone, filtering, drying, mixing with poly(vinyl chloride), reclaimed rubber, nitrile rubber, zinc phthalate, sulfur and stearate, kneading using open roll mill, cooling kneaded product, placing in flat vulcanizing machine and molding. USE - Preparation of reclaimed rubber/nitrile rubber composite adhesive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of reclaimed rubber/nitrile rubber composite adhesive with high strength, excellent abrasion resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, compatibility, bonding strength and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of reclaimed rubber/nitrile rubber composite adhesive, involves adding poly(ethylene glycol), graphene oxide and molybdenum disulfide to water, stirring at high-speed for 30-40 minutes, dispersing ultrasonically for 25-28 minutes, freeze-drying to obtain powder, mixing obtained powder with succinic anhydride, phthalic anhydride, catalyst and dimethyl sulfoxide, placing in an oil bath, reacting for 3-3.5 hours, separating, washing obtained product with acetone, filtering, drying filtrate, mixing with poly(vinyl chloride), placing in open roll mill, kneading (I) to obtain modified poly(vinyl chloride), mixing reclaimed rubber, nitrile rubber, zinc phthalate, tribasic lead sulfate, barium stearate and zinc stearate, kneading using open roll mill for 2-3 minutes at 160-165 degrees C, adding modified poly(vinyl chloride) and sublimed sulfur, kneading (II) for 5-6 minutes, cooling to room temperature, keep aside for 24-26 hours at room temperature, placing in flat vulcanizing machine and molding. The mass ratio of poly(ethylene glycol), water, graphene oxide and molybdenum disulfide is 1-1.2:30-35:5-5.3:0.3-0.4. The mass ratio of powder, succinic anhydride, phthalic anhydride, catalyst and dimethyl sulfoxide is 9-11:1-1.3:5-5.5:0.8-0.9:19-21.
