NOVELTY - Preparing graphene microchip by turbine sand mill involves mixing 8-20 pts. wt. graphite raw material, 3-5 pts. wt. inorganic mineral powder, 1.5-5 pts. wt. ammonium salt and 0.5-5 pts. wt. dispersant. The raw materials are mixed and dispersed in a high-speed mixer at 300-500 revolutions/minute for 10-25 minutes to obtain a premix. The obtained premix is added to 75-90 pts. wt. solvent and 0.5-1 pts. wt. stabilizing agent into the suspension until the graphite material is uniformly dispersed in the solvent. The solvent is selected from deionized water, tetrahydrofuran, chloroform and ethanol. USE - Method for preparing graphene microchip by turbine sand mill (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene microchip by turbine sand mill in continuous and stable manner and the product is eco-friendly and suitable for large-scale production of graphene material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene microchip by turbine sand mill involves mixing 8-20 pts. wt. graphite raw material, 3-5 pts. wt. inorganic mineral powder, 1.5-5 pts. wt. ammonium salt and 0.5-5 pts. wt. dispersant. The raw materials are mixed and dispersed in a high-speed mixer at 300-500 revolutions/minute for 10-25 minutes to obtain a premix. The obtained premix is added to 75-90 pts. wt. solvent and 0.5-1 pts. wt. stabilizing agent into the suspension until the graphite material is uniformly dispersed in the solvent. The suspension solution obtained is added to a hopper of a turbine sand mill for grinding the suspension solution in multiple groups of turbine dispersers in the sand mill. The turbine sand mill and multiple turbo dispersing disks are arranged in such a way that four groups of turbo dispersing disks are at the oblique angle of 30 degrees , four groups of turbulent dispersing disks are at the oblique angle of 60 degrees , two groups of turbulent dispersing disks are at the oblique angle of 90 degrees and at an inclined angle of 45 degrees . The grinding speed is 800-1000 revolutions/minute. The high-speed particle flow is generated at a linear velocity of greater than or equal to 25 m/sec along the turbine through the high-speed rotating fluid at different bevels of the turbine shear and contains inorganic powder for rapid reduction of graphite thinning to form a stable graphene composite microchip solution. The graphene composite microchip solution is finely drained, washed and dried to obtain the graphene composite microchip.
