▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-niobium nitride functional layer for modifying lithium-sulfur battery diaphragm, comprises (i) preparing precursor by taking 25-100 ml niobium chloride, 15-60 ml graphene oxide, 600-800 mg urotropine as raw material, taking 20-40 ml water and 20-40 ml ethanol as solvent, firstly dissolving niobium chloride and urotropine powder in ethanol to obtain solution A, ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain solution B, mixing the solution A and solution B and stirring for 0.5 hours at room temperature; (ii) placing the mixed solution in a microwave device, reacting for 0.5 hours at 80degreesC and 800 W, collecting the product after microwave reaction, and obtaining brown-yellow precursor powder; and (iii) subjecting the brown-yellow precursor powder under ammonia atmosphere to high temperature annealing treatment by a tubular furnace at 800degreesC for 5 hours to obtain final product powder USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-niobium nitride functional layer, which is useful for modifying lithium-sulfur battery diaphragm. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and efficient method for preparing niobium nitride nano-point composite nitrogen-doped graphene nanosheet modified functional layer as a high-efficiency polysulfide catalyst and adsorbent having excellent lithium-sulfur battery performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use of the graphene-niobium nitride functional layer for modifying the diaphragm of lithium-sulfur battery, comprising using niobium nitride nano-dots composite nitrogen-doped graphene nano-sheets as separator modified functional layer, and using in lithium-sulfur batteries to improve the cycle performance of lithium-sulfur batteries.
