NOVELTY - Preparing graphene anti-chemical fiber involves weighing each raw material in proportion, each raw material includes graphene material, epoxy resin, modified polytetrafluoroethylene, defoamer, curing agent, binder, and dispersant. The raw materials are stirred and mixed uniformly to prepare the graphene anti-chemical slurry. By means of dip coating, the graphene anti-chemical slurry is coated outside the fiber. The composite fibers are dried to obtain graphene anti-chemical fibers. USE - Method for preparing graphene anti-chemical fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene anti-chemical fiber, which can reach the highest level 6 in chemical resistance, and has strong adhesion between the chemical-resistant coating and the fiber, is not easy to fall off, can be well applied in special fields, and has broad application prospects.
