▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified textile material, comprises modified cotton thread/cloth material, modified regenerated fiber cloth material, modified polyester cloth/filling material or modified nylon cloth material, and is prepared by using quaternary ammonium graphene with active functional groups and fiber base material as main raw material by chemical grafting reaction. The quaternary ammonium graphene with active functional group mainly uses graphene oxide, modified quaternary ammonium salt and silane coupling agent as main raw material, and is prepared by reacting modified quaternary ammonium salt and graphene oxide in a mass ratio of (8-3):1 to obtain quaternary graphene oxide intermediate, then reacting intermediate and silane coupling agent in a mass ratio of 1:(1-7). The fiber base material comprises cotton fiber, regenerated fiber, polyester fiber, or nylon fiber. USE - The modified textile material is useful as raw material in socks, towels, bath towels, underwear, suit and coat lining, four-piece bed set, pillow core filling material and quilt core filling material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified textile material has antibacterial (can inhibit Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli at a rate of more than 99%), anti-fungal (inhibits Candida albicans at a rate of more than 90%), deodorizing, mite-removing function (at a repelling rate of more than 60%), excellent mechanical properties (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified textile material, comprising: (a) optionally pretreating fiber substrate based on its characteristics either through alkali washing soaking or plasma treatment; (b) preparing quaternized graphene oxide intermediates by ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in ethanol solution, reacting modified quaternary ammonium salt in graphene oxide for 24 hours at 65-70℃, completing reaction, centrifuging and removing supernatant, using 75% ethanol solution and purified water to ultrasonically wash for three times, completely removing the unreacted modified quaternary ammonium salt to obtaining quaternized graphene oxide; (c) preparing quaternary ammonium graphene with active functional group by ultrasonically dispersing quaternized graphene oxide intermediate prepared in step (b) in ethanol solution, adding silane coupling agent, reacting for 24 hours at 65-70℃, completing reaction, centrifuging to remove supernatant, respectively using 75% ethanol solution and purified water for ultrasonic washing for three times, completely removing unreacted silane coupling agent, and vacuum drying to obtain quaternary ammonium graphene with active functional group; and (d) firstly dispersing the quaternary ammonium graphene with active functional group prepared in step (c) in aqueous solution, hydrolyzing for 24 hours in aqueous solution to form hydrolysis liquid, then impregnating the untreated or pre-treated fiber base material of step (a) in the hydrolysis liquid, and rolling to prepare the modified textile material.
