▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Oxidized graphite is heated at 80-150 degrees C and vacuum degree of 0-1000 Pa, and the temperature of oxidized graphite is maintained for 0.1-24 hours. The volume of oxidized graphite is expanded such that the oxidized graphite is peeled, to obtain graphene having specific surface area of 300-1200 m2/g. USE - Preparation of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The graphene having high specific surface area is prepared in high yield by simple method with super-low temperature expansion process.
