NOVELTY - Preparing nanocomposite catalyst involves (a) adding modifier to dissolved enzyme to obtain modified enzyme solution, (b) mixing graphene oxide with a metal salt solution, adding organic ligand solution to mixture to obtain graphene oxide-metal organic ligand stock solution, (c) adding modified enzyme solution to graphene oxide-metal organic ligand stock solution, and (d) centrifuging reaction solution, collecting precipitate, washing the precipitate, and vacuum drying precipitate. USE - The method is useful for preparing nanocomposite catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares nanocomposite catalyst simply. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nanocomposite catalyst involves (a) dissolving enzyme in water, and adding modifier to dissolved enzyme to obtain modified enzyme solution, where the modifier is N-vinyllactam polymer or Pluronic (RTM: Not defined) F-127, (b) mixing graphene oxide with a metal salt solution, adding organic ligand solution to mixture to obtain graphene oxide-metal organic ligand stock solution, and ultrasonically processing mixture, (c) adding modified enzyme solution to graphene oxide-metal organic ligand stock solution, and ultrasonically processing mixture to obtain a reaction solution, and (d) centrifuging reaction solution, collecting precipitate, washing the precipitate, and vacuum drying precipitate.
