NOVELTY - Preparing anti-corrosion composite coating comprises (1) coating amino silane coupling agent on a metal substrate to form a coupling layer agent, (2) coating an epoxy resin adhesive on the coupling layer agent, pre-curing to form an epoxy resin adhesive layer, where the epoxy resin adhesive comprising filling agent, where the filling agent is graphene-type filler, (3) coating a polysiloxane adhesive on the epoxy resin adhesive layer, pre-curing to form a polysiloxane adhesive layer, then coating hydrophobic nano particles on the polysiloxane adhesive layer, and then performing the curing process. USE - The coating is useful in anti-carrosion field of metal material. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent corrosion resistance and stability; and is not easy to fall off. The method: is simple, convenient for mass production and application; introduces the graphene filler into the epoxy resin adhesive layer; can fill the pore structure in the resin; can pass the barrier corrosion medium to lower metal of the film; improves the anti-attack ability of the resin layer and improves the antireflective performance.
