▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Antistatic fiber fabric comprises an antistatic layer comprising 50-70 pts. wt. polyester, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 25-35 pts. wt. silver powder and 5-15 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide crystals, an inner layer provided at the bottom of the antistatic layer comprising 100-110 pts. wt. cotton, and an outer layer provided at the top of the antistatic layer comprising 40-50 pts. wt. gabardine and 10-20 pts. wt. polyester fiber, where the antistatic layer is woven between the inner layer and the outer layer. USE - As antistatic fiber fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has superior anti-static, anti-UV and sterilization properties, wear resistance and longer service life, and is soft and comfortable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the antistatic fiber fabric, which involves (i) taking raw materials such as polyester, graphene, silver powder, nano-zinc oxide crystal, cotton, gabardine and polyester fiber, (ii) performing polyester evaporation treatment by (a) mixing polyester with graphene, silver powder and nano-zinc oxide crystal and leaving still for 2.5 hours, (b) subjecting the polyester to hot-air drying treatment at 30-40 degrees C and drying component of 0.5 m/second for 2-2.3 hours to obtain the pretreated polyester, (iii) placing the pretreated polyester in a linear arrangement in a vacuum evaporation coating machine at a vacuum degree of 2x 10-3 Pa, adjusting beam current to 190-210 mA, curtain grid to 20 V/100 mA, the filament current of 1.2-1.5 A and deflection current to 1-1.7, and setting the evaporation time to 8-10 minutes to obtain polyester with antistatic film, (iii) interweaving the polyester covered with anti-static film into a net to obtain an anti-static layer, blending cotton into a net to obtain the inner layer, blending gabardine and polyester fiber into a net to obtain the outer layer, and weaving the antistatic layer, the inner layer and the outer layer to obtain a fabric preform, (iv) placing the fabric preform obtained in step (iii) in a mixture of smoothing agent and fixing agent for padding finishing, (v) placing the fabric preform after padding and finishing in 80-100 clean room for cleaning, and (vi) placing the cleaned and finished fabric preform in an oven at 70-80 degrees C for drying and shaping, increasing the internal temperature of the oven to 160 degrees C for baking and shaping the fabric.
