NOVELTY - Manufacturing anode comprises expanding graphene to obtain graphene hydrogel (200) in the form of a valve, injecting the graphene hydrogel into a mixed solution of lithium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide (100), raising the hydrogel to a preset temperature and stirring for certain time, growing lithium metal oxide on the surface of the graphene hydrogel by adding an aqueous manganese acetate solution into the mixed solution, and discharging the lithium metal oxide and drying. USE - The method is useful for portable electronic devices and electric vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The anode has high energy density, high electrical conductivity, large capacity and high surface area.
