NOVELTY - The component has a longitudinal cylinder body whose two ends are provided with front and rear parts of a mesh structured discharging support structure and a standard leak graphene oxide penetrating material. An internal stack structure is provided with a front filter screen in sequence, an O-shaped sealing ring, a symmetrical structured graphene oxide film assembly, an O-shaped sealing ring and a rear filter screen. The front and rear filter screens are provided with a center of the graphene oxide film. A standard leaking hole is formed with an air source and a non-air source. USE - Graphene oxide helium component. ADVANTAGE - The component has large temperature change, low influence and high stability, and reduces uncertainty of measurement and obtains extremely small leakage rate of 10-15Pa m/s and 10- 3Pa. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The standard leak graphene oxide penetrating material is spherical, flaky and cylindrical. The mesh structured discharging support structure is a parallel line structure, a grid structure or a curved arrangement.
