NOVELTY - Graphene film agent comprises 0.1-300 pts. wt. phytic acid, 0.1-30 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.1-20 pts. wt. chelating agent, 0.1-20 pts. wt. oxidant, 0.1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 610-1000 pts. wt. water. USE - The graphene film agent is useful in pre-treatment of metal spraying (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene film agent: does not requires strong acid, manganese, nickel, and chromium; has excellent corrosion resistance; can protect the metal from rust before spraying and improves the bonding force between metal and coating. The metal treated with graphene film agent has excellent electrical conductivity when electrostatic spraying, and has excellent powder adsorption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene film agent; (2) use of graphene film agent in pre-treatment of metal spraying; and (3) use of graphene film agent to treat the surface of the metal substrate to be sprayed before spraying paint on the metal substrate comprises soaking the metal substrate in the graphene film agent for 3-5 minutes, then drying at greater than or equal to 100 degrees C, preferably 100-120 degrees C to form film.
