NOVELTY - Solvent-free polylactic acid bio-based polyurethane synthetic leather comprises aqueous polyurethane surface layer slurry, solvent-free polyurethane adhesive layer slurry, and polylactic acid-treated base cloth. USE - The synthetic leather is useful in automobile products, sofas, massage chairs and clothing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The synthetic leather: has alcohol resistance, hydrolysis resistance, high peel strength, high normal temperature flexural deflection, and excellent wear resistance; and is degradable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the synthetic leather, comprising coating aqueous polyurethane surface layer slurry on release paper, drying to obtain a surface layer composite film, uniformly coating the obtained surface layer composite film with solvent-free polyurethane adhesive layer slurry, where the coating retains a certain adhesiveness after drying, pasting the base fabric treated with polylactic acid on the obtained adhesive layer, and peeling off the release paper after drying and aging to obtain a solvent-free polylactic acid bio-based polyurethane synthetic leather.
