▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-dispersed nanocomposite conductive adhesive, comprises (i) fully mixing the polymer binder, solvent and low-dimensional conductive agent to obtain a suspension; and (ii) dissolving polymer binder in a solvent, removing solvent in the suspension completely to obtain a powdery ultra-dispersed nanocomposite conductive binder, where 50-100% of the solvent in the suspension is removed to obtain a powdery or non-Newtonian fluid state ultra-dispersed nanocomposite conductive binder when the polymer binder is insoluble in the solvent. USE - The method is useful for preparing ultra-dispersed nanocomposite conductive adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare super-dispersed nano-composite conductive bonding agent that improves the surface capacity of the ion energy storage device, energy density, cycle performance and multiplying power performance.
