NOVELTY - An iron-graphene-nickel nano coating comprises 58-69% iron, 11-26% graphene, 11-26% nickel, 0.89% trace element and 1% cannabinoid, where the trace element comprises graphene oxide, silicon and boron. USE - Iron-graphene-nickel nano coating. ADVANTAGE - The nano coating has good wear-resistance, corrosion-resistance, improved surface coating micro-structure, large elastic modulus and improved comprehensive mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing an iron-graphene-nickel nano coating, involves dry crushing iron-graphene-nickel nanoparticles, mixing graphene oxide, silicon and boron active agent with the nanoparticles, adding auxiliary agent cubic boron nitride to prepare an iron-graphene-nickel nano coating on a steel mold base by using supersonic speed flame spraying technology.
