▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing in-situ polymerization grade graphene microemulsion comprises (i) adding 400 ml deionized water in a flask; (ii) adding 1-10 g intercalating agent, and fully dissolving; (iii) adding 4-50 g graphene, and stirring for 15 minutes; (iv) placing into a ultrasonic processor and processing for 15-30 minutes under ultrasonic power of more than 500 watts; (v) raising temperature to 70 degrees C, and adding 2.4-30 g emulsifier micelle protection agent; (vi) adding hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether aqueous solution, and fully stirring; and (vii) adding into ultrasonic processor for processing. USE - The graphene microemulsion is useful for in-situ polymerization. ADVANTAGE - The method: produces graphene sheets using intercalating agent under high-power ultrasonic treatment; protects graphene monolayer using the micelle protection agent; and produces graphene microemulsion having stable storage property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing in-situ polymerization grade graphene microemulsion comprises (i) adding 400 ml deionized water in a flask; (ii) adding 1-10 g intercalating agent, and fully dissolving; (iii) adding 4-50 g graphene, and stirring for 15 minutes; (iv) placing into a ultrasonic processor and processing for 15-30 minutes under ultrasonic power of more than 500 watts; (v) raising temperature to 70 degrees C, and then adding 2.4-30 g emulsifier micelle protection agent; (vi) adding 200 ml hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether aqueous solution having 2% concentration, and fully stirring; and (vii) then adding into a ultrasonic processor and processing for 60-120 minutes under ultrasonic power of more than 500 watts.
