NOVELTY - Producing polystyrene material graphene master batch, comprises e.g. taking polystyrene as raw material and graphene mixture, crushing polystyrene material, after reaching polystyrene powder, starting to mix with the graphene material, stirring continuously, taking graphene materials and distributing uniformly in the polystyrene powder, placing the mixed material into the circulating boiler for heat treatment, and adding buffer to improve dispersion penetration effect, choosing the temperature inside the circulating boiler to further increasing and continue to stirring. USE - The polystyrene material graphene master batch is useful for building materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The master batch improves the dispersion of osmotic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing polystyrene material graphene master batch, comprises (i) taking polystyrene as raw material and graphene mixture, crushing polystyrene material, after reaching 50-80 mesh polystyrene powder, starting to mix with the graphene material, stirring continuously; (ii) taking graphene materials and distributing uniformly in the polystyrene powder; (iii) placing the mixed material into the circulating boiler for heat treatment, and adding buffer to improve dispersion penetration effect; (iii) choosing the temperature inside the circulating boiler to further increasing and continue to stirring, making graphene material disperse and dissolving uniformly; and (iv) subjecting the dissolution of the masterbatch slurry into cooling granulation.
