NOVELTY - The composite lubricating grease comprises 65-95 wt.% lubricating base oil, 5-30 wt.% sodium-based complex grease, and 0.2-15 wt.% graphene. USE - Composite lubricating grease. ADVANTAGE - The composite lubricating grease ensures excellent temperature resistance, water and adhesion resistance, good colloid stability, extreme pressure abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-salt fog character. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite sodium-based grease, which involves: (A) mixing base oil, graphene, and low molecular weight polymeric acid at 80-105 degrees C; (B) adding sodium hydroxide for performing saponification at 200-220 degrees C; (C) adding the remaining base oil at 90-130 degrees C; and (D) adding necessary additives for milling to form composite lithium-based grease.
