NOVELTY - The sensor has a coupling prism and a dielectric layer connected with an air filling layer. A dielectric layer is connected with two sides of a metal film layer adjacent to the air filling layer. A graphene layer is connected with an upper side of the dielectric layer and connected with a medium layer side of the metal film layer. The air filling layer and the coupling prism are provided with a gasket. The metal film layer is connected with the gasket. A lower of the dielectric layer is connected with the gasket, where the coupling prism is greater than or equal to refractive index of an object. The metal thin film layer is aluminum film layer. USE - Surface plasma resonance sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor and has strong utilization value, and can effectively improves the sensitivity of the sensor.
