▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves providing a plasma electrolytic apparatus, where the plasma electrolytic apparatus includes an electrolyte (3) and a cathode (1) of the plasma electrolytic apparatus. Cathode current is provided to a graphite electrode to initiate plasma electrolytic process at a surface of the graphite electrode in contact with the electrolyte and to obtain the graphite oxide and a graphene, where output voltage of plasma electrolytic apparatus is in range about 40 V to 80 V and output current of the plasma electrolytic apparatus is in range about 0.5 A to 1.75 A. USE - Method for preparing graphite oxide and graphene for optoelectronics, energy and chemical material fields. ADVANTAGE - The method enables synthesizing graphite oxide and graphene through plasma electrolytic processing at low temperature under atmospheric pressure within very short period of time without need for concentrated acids and strong oxidizing agents, thus realizing low cost, easy preparation, time-saving, simple setup, high efficiency and environmental friendless.
