▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Extraction of carbon involves depositing a portion of graphite on a substrate, oxidizing graphite and obtaining graphite oxide, and forming graphene by reducing graphite oxide. USE - Extraction of carbon used in formation of graphene film used for electronic device e.g. capacitor and super capacitor used as energy storage device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient extraction of carbon from carbon gases or carbon compounds, which provides thin graphene film with excellent conductivity and reduced contact resistance, and energy storage device with excellent electron charge-collecting property for reuse, by simple and economical process.
