USE - Lithium ion battery graphene electroconductive agent. ADVANTAGE - The lithium ion battery graphene electroconductive agent has excellent conductivity, increased capacity of electrode material and cell circulation life and reduced battery internal resistance, and is cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing the lithium ion battery graphene electroconductive agent, which involves mixing monoethanolamine with solvent, ultrasonically dispersing the mixture for 25 minutes to obtain liquid A, pre-mixing polyethylene glycol, rare earth element and remaining solvent at 30-45 degrees C or less for 30-60 minutes to obtain liquid B, mixing liquid A and liquid B, and adding titanium carbide to the mixture.
