NOVELTY - The wet spinning method for preparing graphene oxide solution involves dissolving persulfate and phosphorus pentoxide in concentrated sulfuric acid, mixing, adding with graphite for heating, centrifuging to obtain initial reactant, dissolving the initial reactant in concentrated sulfuric acid and slowly adding potassium permanganate to ice bath, stirring, and centrifuging to obtain intermediate reaction solution, adding with deionized water and hydrogen peroxide for carrying out pickling, centrifugal washing to obtain final reaction solution, and high-speed centrifuging. USE - Wet spinning method for preparing graphene oxide solution used in preparation of graphene fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene oxide solution with high degree of oxidation, high water solubility and stable quality by simple and easy process, and achieves excellent tensile strength and high conductivity of graphene fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The wet spinning method for preparing graphene oxide solution involves dissolving persulfate and phosphorus pentoxide in concentrated sulfuric acid, mixing, stirring, adding with graphite for heating, stirring, leaving still, centrifuging to obtain initial reactant, dissolving the initial reactant in concentrated sulfuric acid and slowly adding potassium permanganate to ice bath, stirring, leaving still and centrifuging to obtain intermediate reaction solution, carrying out pickling by adding deionized water and hydrogen peroxide to intermediate reaction solution, centrifugal washing to obtain final reaction solution, and subjecting the final reaction solution to high-speed centrifugation. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene fiber, which involves pouring graphene oxide solution into the condensed solid bath, wet spinning to obtain graphene oxide fiber, reducing the graphene oxide fiber to obtain graphene fiber. The coagulation bath is anhydrous calcium chloride/water/ethanol mixture, sodium hydroxide/water/ methanol mixture and potassium hydroxide/water/methanol mixture. The reducing agent is hydroiodic acid. The concentration of hydroiodic acid is from 20-60 wt.%. The reduction temperature is 80-120 degrees C.
