NOVELTY - High impact and elastic modulus nano modified epoxy resin comprises 32-40 pts. wt. liquid epoxy resin, 60-68 pts. wt. solid epoxy resin, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. nano toughening agent, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-12 pts. wt. latent curing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. accelerant, 1-5 pts. wt. coupling agent and 30-50 pts. wt. solvent. The nano toughening agent contains not greater than10 % nano titanium compound with grain diameter of less than 50 nm. USE - The high impact and elastic modulus nano modified epoxy resin is useful for wet prepreg of carbon fiber is useful for preparing carbon fiber reinforced composite materials. ADVANTAGE - The high impact and elastic modulus nano modified epoxy resin has high mechanical properties and guaranteed quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high impact and elastic modulus nano modified epoxy resin, comprising (i) mixing the liquid epoxy resin and solid epoxy resin and stirring for 55-60 min at 150-160degrees Celsius at 200- 500 revolutions/minute to obtain the mixed epoxy resin; (ii) cooling the mixed epoxy resin to 70-90degrees Celsius, adding nano toughening agent and dispersing agent and dispersing for 3-7 minutes at 1450-1500 revolutions/minute to obtain the intermediate product A; (iii) adding graphene, gas phase white carbon black and latent curing agent in the intermediate product A and dispersing for 6-10 minutes at 70-90degrees Celsius at 1450-1500 revolutions/minute to obtain the intermediate product B; (iv) adding accelerant and coupling agent into the intermediate product B and dispersing for 3-7 minutes at 70-90degrees Celsius at 1450-1500 revolutions/minute to obtain intermediate product C; and (v) cooling the intermediate product C to 50-70degrees Celsius, adding solvent and dispersing for 1-3 minutes at 1450-1500 revolutions/minute.
