▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene paper prepreg comprises (i) adding graphene and dispersing agent to a solvent, preparing a concentration of 0.2-1.5 mg/ml solution of grapheme, ultrasonic processing, (ii) vacuum filtering by using microporous membrane, drying the graphene film material along with the filter paper, removing the microporous membrane, removing dispersing agent to obtain self-supporting graphene sheet-like paper material, (iii) impregnating in the mixture of an epoxy resin and a solvent, (iv) removing and placing in the fume hood for 1-2 hours, heating at 40-60 degrees C for 1-3 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene paper prepreg (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepreg has excellent electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene paper prepreg comprises (i) adding graphene and dispersing agent to a solvent, preparing a concentration of 0.2-1.5 mg/ml solution of graphene, subjecting to ultrasonic processing to obtain a uniform dispersion of graphene suspension, (ii) vacuum filtering the graphene suspension by using microporous membrane, remodeling the degree of orientation of graphene film material, drying the graphene film material along with the filter paper at a temperature of 25-90 degrees C, removing the microporous membrane from the filtrate to obtain grapheme paper samples, subjecting to heat treatment for removing the dispersing agent to obtain self-supporting graphene sheet-like paper material, (iii) impregnating the resulting self-supporting graphene sheet-like material in the mixture of an epoxy resin and a solvent, (iv) removing and placing self-supporting graphene sheet-like material in the fume hood for 1-2 hours, heating at 40-60 degrees C for 1-3 hours.
