NOVELTY - Method for synthesizing nitrogen-sulfur co-doped stereo graphene involves (i) grinding and mixing amino nitrogen-containing six-membered heterocyclic or fused ring compound with a persulfate, and (ii) placing the mixture at 350 degrees C for 1 hour, at 650 degrees C for 1 hour, and 900 degrees C for 1 hour under protection of inert gas, cooling to obtain a black powder and performing post-treatment process to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene as an electrocatalyst material with adjustable function for hydrogen evolution, oxygen evolution, and oxygen reduction (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple to operate, economical and suitable for industrial production, reduces production cost, has excellent controllability and high degree of freedom in shape, and does not have the problem of heavy metal pollution.
