NOVELTY - Improving polymerase chain reaction specificity comprises taking polyacrylic acid, polyacrylamide, polyethylene glycol compound (i) or polysulfobetaine as polymer, adding graphene oxide to polymerase chain reaction system, reacting and maintaining specificity after 2-3 rounds to obtain polymer modified graphene oxide with 0.6-38.4 mu g/mL final concentration.
