NOVELTY - A sand-graphene oxide composite adsorbent material is prepared by performing hydrothermal reaction of 80-90 mass% sand, 1-5 mass% graphene oxide, 5-10 mass% chitosan, and 1-5 mass% crosslinking agent mixture with deionized water in which mass ratio of mixture and deionized water is 1:1-1:2. USE - Preparation of sand-graphene oxide composite adsorbent material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Adsorbent material has increased sewage adsorption capacity.
