▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing iron-nickel alloy-graphene powder comprises (i) dissolving nickel sulfate hexahydrate and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate in water, stirring evenly at 85℃×(5-10 minutes), adding sodium hydroxide and reacting to generate iron(II) hydroxide and nickel(II)hydroxide, (ii) adding graphene treated with open layer treatment at (1000℃ for 1 hour under nitrogen protection), fully mixing, adding hydrazine hydrate and continuously stirring for 45 minutes, allowing to stand, precipitating and cooling to obtain a black suspension of graphene/iron-nickel alloy composite powder, (iii) magnetically separating the composite powder, washing it with anhydrous ethanol for many times and (iv) demagnetizing the powder more than 3 times in a magnetic field with a magnetic field strength of 0.01T. USE - The iron-nickel alloy-graphene powder is useful for degrading azo dye wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the problem of excessive agglomeration of nanoparticles, and thus enhances the degradation performance of the composite powder due to the excellent electron transport ability of graphene; and produces iron-nickel alloy-graphene powder which has excellent magnetic response performance and can respond magnetically under an external magnetic field; and is easy to recycle.
