NOVELTY - Method for preparing a graphene-containing high-adsorption plant protein carbon aerogel involves (1) adding water to prepare a liquid slurry with a protein-rich natural plant as a raw material, heating the liquid slurry, adding a coagulant solution, leaving still and aging to obtain a plant protein gel, pressurizing and dehydrating to obtain a formed plant protein gel, (2) completely freezing the formed plant protein gel and freeze-drying the frozen plant protein gel to obtain a protein aerogel, (3) fully immersing the aerogel in an activating agent solution, performing staged heating in an inert atmosphere and finally heating at 500-900 degrees C for full carbon activation and cooling to room temperature and (4) washing the material activated by the carbon activation and drying to obtain nitrogen-doped carbon aerogel. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene-containing high-adsorption plant protein carbon aerogel. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares graphene-containing plant protein carbon aerogel in situ, adopts simple process and provides the product with excellent adsorption performance.
