NOVELTY - Preparing graphene regenerative engine oil comprises e.g. collecting deteriorated engine oil, heating deteriorated engine oil at 60-70 degrees C with heating device, melting deteriorated engine oil, passing deteriorated engine oil through first-stage filter for pressure filtration, filtering out particulate impurities with size of more than 15 mu m, passing through secondary filter membrane, filtering out particulate impurities with size more than 5 mu m, completing filtration of particulate impurities, pouring deteriorated engine oil obtained after initial filtration into sealable stirring container, adding flocculant to the deteriorated motor oil in the ratio of 1:0.3-0.4, adding anhydrous alcohol to the deterioration oil in the ratio of 1:0.6-0.8, dissolving deteriorated engine oil, sealing stirring container, starting device, stirring engine oil for 20-30 minutes, filtering deteriorated engine oil through secondary filter membrane again, and centrifuging through centrifuge. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene regenerative engine oil. ADVANTAGE - The method saves resource. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene regenerative engine oil comprises (i) collecting deteriorated engine oil, heating deteriorated engine oil at 60-70 degrees C with heating device, melting deteriorated engine oil, passing deteriorated engine oil through first-stage filter for pressure filtration, filtering out particulate impurities with size of more than 15 mu m, passing through secondary filter membrane, filtering out particulate impurities with size more than 5 mu m, and completing filtration of particulate impurities, (ii) pouring deteriorated engine oil obtained after initial filtration into sealable stirring container, adding flocculant to the deteriorated motor oil in the ratio of 1:0.3-0.4, adding anhydrous alcohol to the deterioration oil in the ratio of 1:0.6-0.8, dissolving deteriorated engine oil, sealing stirring container, starting device, stirring engine oil for 20-30 minutes, filtering deteriorated engine oil through secondary filter membrane again, centrifuging through centrifuge, sealing upper and middle engine oil for temporary storage to obtain regenerated engine oil, (iii) sieving graphene powder with 700-800 meshes precision screen, adding sieved graphene powder to distilled water in the ratio of 1:0.8-1, stirring, mixing thoroughly, pouring graphene slurry into ultrasonic device, treating ultrasonically for 10-15 minutes, pouring graphene dispersant into the graphene slurry in the ratio of 1:0.2-0.3, manually stirring for 1 minute, adopting use of ultrasonic device, reacting for 5 minutes, removing out graphene slurry, (iv) mixing regenerated engine oil prepared in step two and graphene slurry in step three in the ratio of 1:0.15-0.2, adding 0.1 pts. wt. auxiliary additives, stirring, mixing thoroughly, heating to 50-60 degrees C to promote catalytic dissolution of the graphene slurry, motor oil, and volatilizing alcohol to make graphene motor oil product, and (v) collecting 5 ml samples from upper, middle and lower layers of graphene motor oil, testing performance of the sample to determine quality of the graphene engine oil, once qualified, then filling in barrel, packaging, labeling and storing.
