NOVELTY - A base film comprises 60-80 parts mass polyurethane, 1-2 parts mass slip agent, 5-10 parts mass epoxy resin, 1-2 parts mass calcium carbonate, 1-2 parts mass silicon carbide, 2-3 parts mass graphene, 2-4 parts mass alumina, 1-3 parts mass leveling agent, 1-3 parts mass crosslinking agent, and 4-6 parts mass curing agent. USE - Base film for display screen protection. ADVANTAGE - The base film is flexible and has long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of base film, which involves adding polyurethane, slip agent, calcium carbonate, silicon carbide, graphene, alumina, crosslinking agent, and curing agent to mixer, mixing for 40-50 minutes to obtain mixture, adding epoxy resin and leveling agent, mixing to obtain thermoplastic polyurethane raw material, and passing thermoplastic polyurethane raw material through granulator, dryer, extruder, film laminator, edge trimmer and winder.
