NOVELTY - The emitter has a layered-half cylinder, a first insulator layer bonded to substrate (102), a conductor layer bonded to first insulator layer, a second insulator layer bonded to conductor layer, and an arcuate-shaped graphene layer having first surface (110) and second surface. The first surface is bonded to second insulator layer along a pre-determined contact length. The predetermined channel (106) length corresponds to a distance between diametrically-opposing sides of first surface of arcuate-shaped graphene layer as measured perpendicular to central longitudinal axis (108). USE - Emitter such as terahertz emitter, RF emitter. Uses include but are not limited to high speed computers, high precision scanners, radars, RF detectors, antennas, and pulse generators. ADVANTAGE - Ensures that the power and frequency of the radiation are controlled by the device dimensions yielding a very stable emitter.
