NOVELTY - Reactor cleaning process involves (1) pouring the lye into the reactor after the reactor is used, closing the reactor and keeping airtight at 30-120 degrees C for 1-5 hours, then pouring out the spent lye before use, rinsing with purified water once to obtain the reactor after alkaline washing, (2) adding the ethanol solution to the alkali-washed reactor, closing the reactor, keeping airtight at 30-80 degrees C for 1-5 hours, then pouring out the waste ethanol solution, and then rinsing with purified water once to obtain reactor after alcohol washing, and (3) adding detergent to the alcohol-washed reactor, closing the reactor and keeping airtight at 80-150 degrees C for 1-6 hours, then pouring out the waste detergent and rinsing with purified water for three times, and drying. USE - Cleaning of reactor during drug synthesis. ADVANTAGE - The method enables cleaning of reactor with greatly reduced the cost and the probability of dangerous incidents caused by high-temperature steam washing, and does not require excessive manpower, low-cost non-polluting cleaning media is used, the process operation is simple, safe and efficient, and the subsequent treatment is environmentally friendly, simple and low in cost.
