▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-coated fabrics comprises (i) adding polyvinyl alcohol into distilled water and stirring at constant temperature until completely dissolved to obtain dispersion, (ii) adding graphene into the dispersion liquid, performing low-temperature ultrasonic reaction for 1-2 hours, and cooling to obtain suspension dispersion liquid, (iii) immersing polyester fiber in absolute ethanol, and ultrasonic cleaning and drying to obtain cleaned polyester fiber, (iv) uniformly coating the suspension dispersion liquid on the surface of the polyester fiber, and drying at constant temperature to obtain coated polyester, (v) placing the coated polyester in a thermal spray box, performing thermal spraying reaction, and quickly cooling to obtain graphene coated polyester fiber, and (vi) bundling graphene-coated polyester fibers to form fiber fabric. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-coated fabrics. ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the problem of electrostatic aggregation of existing graphene-coated fabrics; achieves surface graphene coating on polyester; achieves stable graphene coating; and improves the conductivity of graphene and the continuity of graphene coating.
