NOVELTY - Adsorbent i.e. nitrogen-oxygen based graphene oxide complex (I) is new. USE - (I) is useful for treating hexavalent molybdenum in alkaline wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has low reaction temperature, short time, simple purification and strong operability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Adsorbent i.e. nitrogen-oxygen based graphene oxide complex of formula (N4O6CXH(2(X)+1)-graphene oxide (GO) (I) is new. X = 15-37. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of (I).
