NOVELTY - Graphene modified flame retardant thermal conductive nylon plastic comprises 44-72 wt.% high flow nylon 6, 5-10 wt.% negative ion powder, 5-10 wt.% sulfonated graphene, 1-3 wt.% spherical ceramic powder, 3-6 wt.% polyamide elastomer, 10-20 wt.% flame retardant, 3-5 wt.% flame retardant synergist and 1-2 wt.% processing additive. USE - The plastic is useful in automobiles, electronic appliances, mechanical devices fields, preferably light-emitting diode illumination fields (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nylon plastic has high thermal conductivity and flame retardant property, thermal conductivity of above 5 W/m, and flame retardant rating of V 0. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-modified flame-retardant thermally conductive nylon plastic comprising (i) drying the high-flow nylon 6 resin at a temperature of 70-80 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and then uniformly mixing with all other raw materials, (ii) placing the mixed raw material in the lower hopper of the extruder, melt extruding, and granulating by twin-screw extruder to obtain final product, where the process parameters of the above twin-screw extruder melt extrusion and granulation are: the temperature in one zone is 190-195 degrees C, the temperature in the second zone is 225-230 degrees C, the temperature in the three zones is 230-235 degrees C, the temperature in the four zones is 225-230 degrees C, the temperature in the five districts is 220-225 degrees C, the temperature in the six districts is 205-210 degrees C, the temperature in the seven districts is 210-215 degrees C, the temperature in the eight districts is 210-215 degrees C, and the temperature in the nine districts is 220-225 degrees C, the die temperature is 220-225 degrees C; the speed of the main machine is 250-270 revolutions per minute, and the feed speed is 65-75 revolutions per minute.
