NOVELTY - Preparation of a graphene heating ceramic plate comprises preparing ceramic slurry; slowly applying the ceramic slurry prepared to a mold and flattening the ceramic slurry; placing the mold in an environment with a temperature range of 30-40degreesC and slowly drying; printing graphene conductive ink on the upper surface of the lower ceramic body to form a continuous conductive circuit and cover the conductive circuit with a water repellent agent; replenishing water on the upper surface of the lower ceramic body; continuously applying ceramic slurry in the mold and flattening the ceramic slurry so that the ceramic slurry completely covers the conductive circuit; placing the mold in an environment with a temperature range of 30-40degreesC, slowly drying, injecting ceramic slurry in fifth substep, applying pressure on the upper ceramic embryo body, tightly pressing to form the ceramic embryo body to be fired, and continuously drying; and releasing ceramic body; and calcining. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene heating ceramic plate. ADVANTAGE - The graphene heating ceramic plate prepared by the method is integrally formed. The ceramic slurry completely covers the conductive circuit, and the ceramic blank is demoulded to be fired from the mould, and calcined to form the ceramic blanks, thus the graphene ceramic heating plate has a long service life. The graphene conductive ink is printed on the upper surface of the lower ceramic blank body to form a conductive circuits, and a waterproof oil agent is coated on the electrode sheets, thus provides a waterproof effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of a graphene heating ceramic plate comprises: (A) preparing ceramic slurry with moisture content of 40-55%; (B) slowly applying the ceramic slurry prepared to a mold to prevent large bubbles from being generated in the ceramic slurry and flattening the ceramic slurry; placing the mold in an environment with a temperature range of 30-40degreesC and a relative humidity range of 40-60% and slowly drying to moisture content of 3-7%; printing graphene conductive ink on the upper surface of the lower ceramic body to form a continuous conductive circuit and cover the conductive circuit with a water repellent agent; replenishing water on the upper surface of the lower ceramic body; continuously applying ceramic slurry in the mold and flattening the ceramic slurry so that the ceramic slurry completely covers the conductive circuit; placing the mold in an environment with a temperature range of 30-40degreesC, slowly drying until moisture content of 25-35%, injecting ceramic slurry in fifth substep, applying pressure on the upper ceramic embryo body, tightly pressing to form the ceramic embryo body to be fired, and continuously drying to moisture content of 3-7%; and releasing the ceramic body to be fired from the mold; and (C) calcining.
