▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene glass reinforcing agent involves selecting glass except mercury-containing glass and high temperature glass, placing selected glass ball in tank and cleaning the stains on the glass surface back and forth using brush, secondary cleaning of cleaned glass in another tank, picking the whole oily glass and washing in caustic soda, feeding the water glass and glass balls in a high temperature melting furnace and smelting, placing the molten glass melt in chemical fiber drawing equipment to control drawing rate, clamping one end of the obtained fiber glass and drawing with a drawing plier, spraying kerosene in the pliers at the clamping portion, and attaching the pliers to the clamping portion with an insulating material, cutting one end of the obtained fiber glass with a knife valve in the equipment, applying a resin to the glass fiber surface using a device and cleaning by clean water, and spraying copper fiber or silver on the glass fiber surface using sprayer. USE - Preparation of graphene glass reinforcing agent. ADVANTAGE - The method in which electrical conductivity is increased by spraying copper or silver on the surface of the glass, avoiding breakage of the glass after drawing by spraying kerosene on the clamping portion of the drawing pliers clamped with an insulating material. The appearance of micro-electricity in the glass body causes fractures when pulling the glass. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene glass reinforcing agent involves (i) selecting glass having thickness of 3 cm or more except mercury-containing glass and high temperature glass, (ii) placing selected glass ball in the tank and cleaning the stains on the glass surface back and forth using brush, (iii) secondary cleaning of cleaned glass in another tank, picking the whole oily glass and washing in caustic soda tank, (iv) feeding the water glass and glass balls in a high temperature melting furnace and smelting at 1000-1200 degrees C for 30 minutes, (v) placing the molten glass melt in chemical fiber drawing equipment to control drawing rate at speed of 40-1450 revolutions per minute, (vi) clamping one end of the obtained fiber glass and drawing with a drawing plier, spraying kerosene in the pliers at the clamping portion, and attaching the pliers to the clamping portion with an insulating material, (vii) cutting one end of the obtained fiber glass with a knife valve in the equipment to obtain glass fibers, (viii) applying a resin to the glass fiber surface using a device and cleaning by clean water for 30 minutes, and (ix) spraying the copper fiber or silver on the surface of the glass fiber using sprayer. The glass reinforcing agent is wrapped on the surface of the graphene.
