NOVELTY - A modified graphene oxide composite containing tread rubber material comprises base rubber, highly dispersed silica, silane coupling agent, carbon black, plasticizer, surfactant, antioxidant, vulcanization accelerator, common sulfur and scorch retarder. The base rubber comprises natural rubber, butadiene rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber. The material further comprises modified graphene oxide compound. The modified graphene oxide compound comprises a portion of natural rubber in the base rubber, graphene oxide and graphene oxide modifying agent. USE - Modified graphene oxide composite containing tread rubber material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The tensile strength of the material, modulus, hardness and wear resistance are significantly improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A modified graphene oxide composite containing tread rubber material comprises 100 pts. wt. base rubber, 30-70 pts. wt. highly dispersed silica, 2-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 5-25 pts. wt. carbon black, 2-8 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-3 pts. wt. surfactant, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator, 1-2 pts. wt. common sulfur and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. scorch retarder. natural rubber matrix is divided into two parts. The base rubber comprises natural rubber, butadiene rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber. The material further comprises modified graphene oxide compound. The modified graphene oxide compound comprises a portion of natural rubber in the base rubber, 1-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 25 pts. wt. graphene oxide modifying agent. The rest of the natural rubber and butadiene rubber and styrene butadiene rubber are added to the material. The amount of graphene oxide modifying agent in graphene oxide is 12 %mass. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of modified graphene oxide composite containing tread rubber material, involves mixing modified graphene oxide and rubber composite comprising natural rubber, butadiene rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, then adding highly dispersed silica, silane coupling agent, carbon black, plasticizer, active agent, antioxidant, vulcanization accelerator, common sulfur and scorch retarder, and mixing in an internal mixer, to obtain tread rubber material.
