▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The flexible photoelectric detector comprises a polyethylene terephthalate substrate (1), a single-layer molybdenum disulfide film (2), a graphene film (3), a carbon nano-tube film (4) and a metal electrode (5). The single-layer molybdenum disulfide film is located on the surface of the polyethylene terephthalate substrate. The graphene film is covered above the single-layer molybdenum disulfide film. The carbon nanotube film is covered on the graphene film. The metal electrode is formed above the graphene film and the carbon nanotube film. USE - Flexible photoelectric detector based on double-hetero-structure of two-dimensional material. Uses include but are not limited to image sensing, missile guidance, environment monitoring, and night vision system. ADVANTAGE - The two-dimensional material-based double-hetero-structure flexible photoelectric detector is featured with high absorption characteristic of near infrared photon and carbon nano-tube film. The light response intensity of the detector is enhanced, and the response rate of the detector is enhanced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of flexible photoelectric detector based on double-hetero-structure of two-dimensional material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the flexible photoelectric detector.
