NOVELTY - A graphene floating component is prepared by mixing 100 pts. wt. plastic substrate, 0.1-15 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-1 pt. wt. light stabilizer, 0.1-1 pt. wt. antioxidant and 1-15 pts. wt. color masterbatch, adding the mixed materials into the twin-screw extruder, melt extruding, granulating and screening, and molding by blow molding method or an extrusion method. USE - Graphene floating component for floating system of water photovoltaic power station (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene floating component has excellent flame retardance, permanent static free, excellent anti-aging performance, strength and toughness.
