▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Conductive and thermally conductive additive, is claimed. The largest sheet diameter of the graphene does not exceed 2000 nm. The thickness of the graphene sheet layer is less than 2 nm and the proportion of the sheet particles is greater than 80%, and the maximum thickness is not greater than 3 nm. The carbon content of the graphene is greater than 96%, and simultaneously contains oxygen, and the carbon content and the oxygen total amount are 100%. USE - Conductive and thermally conductive additive is useful in power compound grease. ADVANTAGE - The conductive heat-conducting additive has electrical performance, optical performance, mechanical performance and thermal performance are very excellent; has highest mechanical strength and hardness, very high theoretical surface area, electron mobility and thermal conductivity; features make it have theoretical basis and application potential as heat conducting conductive additive and solid lubricant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) power compound grease, comprising lubricating base ester and conductive and thermally conductive additive, where the conductive and thermally conductive additive for 0.01-10% of the total weight of the power compound grease; and (2) preparing the power compound grease, comprising (i) mixing the additive with the lubricating base grease; (ii) mechanical stirring the mixture, and (iii) stirring uniformly the obtained electric power compound grease using a three-roll mill.
