NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-epoxy resin composite material involves mixing 20-60 parts mass bisphenol A epoxy resin, 80-100 parts mass epichlorohydrin, and 2-7 parts mass 0.5-0.7 mg/mL graphene in a reactor, stirring at 50-70 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, leaving still for 1-2 hours, removing the upper layer solution, maintaining the temperature of lower layer solution at 80-150 degrees C, stirring for 6-8 hours, adding 4-10 parts mass dicyandiamide curing agent and 0.2-1 part mass urea accelerator, mixing, ultrasonically dispersing at 65-70 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and vacuum curing at 80 degrees C for 1-2 hours, 100 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and 150 degrees C for 2-4 hours. USE - Preparation of graphene-epoxy resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The process provides composite material which has excellent dispersibility, electroconductivity and high hardness.
