NOVELTY - Preparation of phenol comprises adding graphene oxide to toluene, sonicating for 6-24 hours under nitrogen gas atmosphere protection, adding aminosilane, reacting at 25-100 degrees C for 12-24 hours, washing with ethanol, drying, dispersing in ethanol at 25-80 degrees C, stir-reacting with ferrocenecarboxaldehyde for 6-24 hours, adding sodium cyanoborohydride, stir-reacting for 12-72 hours, filtering, washing with diethyl ether, adding 30-50% benzene, acetonitrile and hydrogen peroxide oxidant, and stirring at 25-80 degrees C for 2-8 hours. USE - Method for preparing phenol (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses catalyst having high activity and stable material properties.
